The hotel offers stunning sea views and spacious rooms, perfect for our family stay. The staff at check-in were exceptionally friendly, making us feel at home, and we loved the rooftop pool, which provided a relaxing atmosphere for our little one too.

My kids wished there were more kid-friendly dining options. We mostly found adult meals, and it would be great to see a dedicated kids' menu for us families.

Fantastic views from the SPE Ocean Suite, truly enjoyable. The room was clean and spacious, with excellent service from the staff. The mixology class was fun, and the spa treatments were top-notch. However, the experience was marred by issues during checkout. unexpected charges appeared, and it took time to resolve the refund process, which was quite frustrating. Also, the dining at the A La Carte Restaurant didn't meet expectations compared to other places we've visited.
